Nathan Hill

Founder & Managing Partner

An entrepreneur since age 14, Nathan built his career at News International Group before launching one of the UK's leading franchise marketing agencies. He later founded 1st Point Properties, winning National Estate Agency of The Year. Recognising a lack of reliable marketing in Web3, he co-founded CMC Group to bring genuine value, transparency, and meaningful results to the space.

Colin Woolley

Colin Woolley

Partner & Co-Founder

Colin began his media career at the UK's largest publishing house, becoming Group Sales Manager by 21. He left corporate life to launch a stable of over 20 global consumer magazines, eventually acquiring his own retail chain and printing factory. At CMC, Colin heads media strategy, oversees social growth, and drives user acquisition for platforms like Liquid NFTs.

With a background in corporate business consultancy and credentialed coaching, Delli spent years optimising organisational design and leadership. Now an established features writer for The Crypto Magazine, she oversees communications, community management, and engagement across the CMC ecosystem, bridging operational excellence with long-term community trust.

Operations Director

Drew brings more than 15 years of executive-level experience within the healthcare sector, specialising in regulatory compliance, alongside over four years immersed in the crypto and Web3 space — combining strategic oversight with blockchain infrastructure, operational systems, and sustainable tokenomics.
